Reservation Policies

All guests staying at GRUPO OPERADOR DE HOTELES Y MOTELES S.A. DE C.V., also known as KAHAL BOUTIQUE HOTEL, are subject to these policies, which are considered an adhesion contract that must be followed.

• Additional charge of $600 MXN tax included per extra person per night, only applicable in the Junior Suite Double room.
• The hotel is not equipped for wheelchair mobility—please take this into consideration.
• The hotel does not have its own parking facilities.
• The hotel only accepts guests who are of legal age.
• No extra beds are available.
• Smoke-free rooms. Violation of this policy will incur a deep cleaning fee of $2,000 MXN plus the cost of two additional nights.

RESERVATION POLICIES
• Public rates are per room, per night in Mexican pesos (MXN), plus taxes (16% VAT + 5% lodging tax). If you wish to pay in USD, the exchange rate set by the hotel will apply.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with the payment of one night’s stay.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
• Changes or cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival will not incur a fee. If changes or cancellations are made outside this policy, or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the reservation plus taxes will be charged to the credit card on file.
• During high season, changes or cancellations made at least 15 days prior to arrival will not incur a fee. If made outside this policy, or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the reservation plus taxes will be charged to the credit card on file.
• No refunds will be issued in the event of early departure.

SCHEDULES
• Check-in time: 3:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Guest and customer service available 24 hours.
• Late check-outs past 12:00 PM without prior notice will incur additional charges.
